HUAWEI presented the global version of the tablet called MatePad Pro, designed for the European region, including the Russian market. This phone has a screen with minimal framework and embedded camera, powerful hardware and long lasting battery. In addition, the novelty was first-in-class device which has received the charging function, previously available only to owners of smartphones.
The 10.8-inch display novelties with a resolution of 2560×1600 pixels, a maximum brightness of 540 NIT and a pixel density of 280 ppi got a thin frame and supports a special reader mode that reduces the intensity of the blue spectrum for eye protection. Selfie camera with a resolution of 8 MP (f/2.0) embedded in the upper left corner of the screen, occupying 90% of the area of the front panel of the gadget. One of the features of the model was to support HUAWEI e-pen M-Pen that can recognize 4096 degrees of pressure.
The device is based on a productive eight-core processor Kirin 990 with the support of the graphics accelerator Mali-G76. The RAM is 6 or 8 GB, and internal storage of 128 or 256 GB depending on modification. In addition, the novelty is available in versions Wi-Fi only or with LTE modem.
The autonomy model is built-in battery capacity 7250 mAh battery, supports fast charging. According to the manufacturer, on a single charge, the gadget can work up to 13 hours of video playback. MatePad Pro is also the first tablet with support for wireless (up to 15 W) and reversal (7.5 W) charging.

HUAWEI MatePad Pro will go on sale in April 2020 at a price of € 549 for the version 6/128 GB with Wi-Fi access, modification 8/256 GB will cost €649. Models with LTE module will cost €599 and €699 for the same memory configuration. Modifications to 5G modem manufacturer estimated at €799 (8/256 GB) and €949 (8/512 GB).
